The Olive Ridley Turtle Trail

Between Nov-Mar, Fisherman's Cove offres a unique experience. Take a walk on the beach in the still of the night and spot the Olive Ridley Turtle coming to shore to lay its eggs. We do our bit to enhance their survival rate by protecting their eggs and ensuring the hatchings are let back into the sea. Come join us in the conservation effort of this magnificent reptile.

A Day With The Snake Catcher Tribe

Accompany the Irula's, a native snake catching tribe as they head out on the trail of the Big Four. All four of India's venomous snakes, the Cobra, the Russels viper, the Saw Scale Viper and the Common Krait are caught under a permit issued by the Department of Forests. Joining the Irula Families on the trial of the big four falls somewhere between a truly learning experience and an outright adventure.

Deep-Sea Fishing

Venture out in a traditional Catamaran of the east coast into Deep Sea to try your luck and hook some fine catch. Our activity co-ordinator will assist you and teach you the traditional way of Deep-sea fishing.
